We have reserved enough rooms for all singers plus accompanying persons at the Canal Court Hotel Newry.

The PROMO CODE that the guests must quote when booking is 329000 or, alternatively, the Irish Doctor’s Choir arriving 19th November. The guests will be asked for their own individual contact details and will be asked for their own card details to encrypt against their reservation. The card is not charged at the time of booking but a payment link is sent to the lead guest of each room several days prior to arrival so that payment can be authorised in advance.

All guests enjoy complimentary use of the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor hot tubs during their stay.

Free cancellation for individual rooms is available until noon two days prior to arrival . We will release any unnamed rooms around 6 weeks before the arrival date but will email before doing this. I have deliberately held several extra rooms to just in case but these may be released sooner (around two months) depending on numbers.
