Men and Women – Jewel Block Colour Tops with long sleeves. Full length black trousers or skirts and black shoes. Examples of jewel colours are shown in this photo – think of strong non-pastel colours that could be in a stained glass window. Not black, white or grayscale. Cathedral ask for ‘modest dress’

Black folders.  Hand-Held ipads etc fine ( but use dark folder if these are coloured)

“A few notes re travelling to S .
AIR package- you DONT need to check in before your flight . You will get your boarding pass when you check in your bags at the Iberia desk in Terminal 2 Dublin airport . ( that’s the big new one ) . Flight is to take off at 09.40 so please be there at least 2 hours before . Our travel rep Cat will be there to make sure things go smoothly. So check a bag into the hold and bring small bag onto the plane , with your music in it !
LAND package – you have to check in before your flight as normal . I know some are travelling with the Air package on the same flight , but you will be checking in before are usual .
See you at Terminal 4 Madrid airport before 15.00 to get the bus to Salamanca. Pilar* , our guide in S , will be there with a sign for IDC .”

*Pilar, who is Spanish with excellent English, is first left in this pic. Also in the photo is Cat, from the tour company. Cat will meet some of us in Dublin Airport to make sure we can manage to catch our flight .. what has she heard about IDC? Michael and I joined them for a recce in early October ( not a jolly, we paid our way) . That is the Plaza Major, less than 10 minutes walk from our hotel.
